Ariella Kaeslin from Luzern dominated the female competition with a score of 42.400 (vault: 14.350, asymmetric bars: 14.000, and beam: 14.050). With these excellent results, Ariella got to the top of the podium.

The male competition of the 26th edition of the Memorial Arthur Gander was won by Romania’s double World Champion on floor and vault, Marian Dragulescu.

The day before the Memorial Gander competition, the town of Morges officially invited all delegations to an apero in the Municipality’s place called « Boutellier ». The President of the Organization Committee (CO), Jean-Daniel Lin, welcomed all teams and wished them all the best for the competition. Mme Nuria Gorrite, Maire of Morges, thanked all volunteers and the members of the CO for their effort in setting up such an outstanding sports event in Morges and expressed the hope for a smooth and successful competition. All team members of the invited countries received a gift offered by the town as a souvenir for their presence in Morges.
